What we do
Transnat is a focused investment company developing companies and assets across three verticals:
- Ventures – Companies with the potential to disrupt markets or drive change at global scale
- Industries – Cash-flow-positive SMEs in mature, fragmented sectors
- Properties – Income-producing real estate assets and value-add projects
We focus exclusively on sectors we understand best and where our execution advantage is durable.
Our mission is simple – grow risk-adjusted value over time by choosing only the right opportunities.
Operating model
Transnat Group operates with an unlevered HoldCo that allocates capital and sets group standards, while employees sit in dedicated management companies providing services to the group, under clear, arm’s-length agreements.
We finance each investment in its own ring-fenced SPV. Terms are built to keep early cash needs low and align incentives. This lets us work close to where value is created, keep overhead low, and contain risks within each asset. This keeps growth flexible while giving investors both downside protection and real upside when value is realized.
The outcome is an investment platform that attracts strong operators, acts decisively, and compounds value with measured risk.
Group structure
Unlevered parent – Allocating equity to sector holdings
Three sector holdings – Ventures, Industries, Properties
Ring-fenced deals: Each asset in its own SPV with asset-level security
Clean cash flow: Dividends and exit proceeds flow to the parent for reinvestment or distribution
